The portable compactors designed for WET waste , Its compacting or press part unit and refuse body are integrated into one structure. The compactor has its electrical / hydraulic power pack built inside.

      The following options are available with client to select for what purpose the equipment will be used. In standard feature ,The compaction unit or press part unit comprises a hopper and a horizontally/pendulam operated packer plate.Double acting cylinders, mounted horizontally/vertically depending selection of the packer plate horizontally/pendulam movement with drainage valves for excess water release.

       The client have options to have intigrated bin lifter / a quick connect bin lifter that can be mounted on all sides of the hopper.

       In  In our new designs customer can chose separate sullage tank beneath the compacting unit if they have more WET waste.

        The  Compactor is treated with anti-corrosion treatment and the liquid storage tank has been treated by polyurethane coating. This ensures that there would be no leakage of leachate water during the compaction and all liquids would be collected properly in the waste water tank. The leachate water tank is able to contain  more than 1000 litres (Based on the compactor size) of waste water collected from refuse. The water would be discharged at the time of unloading. The entire compactor is painted with the best quality epoxy paint and the final coat is painted in various color as per clients request with a film thickness of 250 microns. This would ensure that the compactor would be corrosion and weather resistant.
